An auction is a process which involves many buyers coming together to purchase a certain item, collectible etc, using the system of bidding. The winner of the auction is thus the person who makes the highest bid. Auctions for houses are carried out at a physical location instead of online, and have a great number of merits and demerits. Many a time even houses and property is sold at an auction, but over a considerable period of time, people have reached the conclusion that this might not be the best idea after all. There are many reasons for this out of which a few are listed in the following paragraphs.
Firstly, a major disadvantage of the system is that at times the potential buyers are not allowed to visit the house prior to the purchase so they might be kept unaware of any problems in the house such as cracks in the walls, water seepages etc. Moreover, the moment one wins the auction they are expected to have the cash ready and pay the seller immediately for the purchase just made. It does not give one time and allowance to gather the money required or acquire a loan.

Additionally, many a time new sellers get cheated into paying accrued bills and arrears for the previous owners, which is also a significant disadvantage of purchasing a house at an auction. Thus there is a great risk of you owing lots of money even after the purchase for any due bills etc that the previous owner may have left for you to clear. However, even though auctions may seem to have a wide number of disadvantages, their advanFtages are nonetheless significant and are definitely convincing enough to carry out purchases of other items, if not houses, on auction.
Auctions are still greatly used to purchase rare items and antiques/collectibles and are held often enough at nearly every nook and corner of the west. Yet, the number of houses sold on auction has considerably decreased over the period of time due to the drawbacks of the system mentioned above.

You can keep your iPad safe from damage if you have toddlers and pets in the house by mounting your tablet on an iPad wall mount. This wall bracket, specifically made for iPads, can store your device safely away from reach of young curious children and pets. It can be easily installed into your wall with 4 screws.
You don’t want your puppy chewing on your expensive tablet computer or a young toddler playing around with your iPad. Cats can also leave scratch marks on the screen. In case an older child can reach your tablet on the wall, an original iPad bracket has a safety feature that hides the Home button so kids can’t mess around with your settings.

There are 2 kinds of wall mounting brackets for iPads. One keeps the Home button hidden, while the other exposes the Home button. The one that keeps your Home button hidden is a safer option if you have young children who are tall enough to reach a wall mounted tablet.
The exposed iPad wall mount offers easy access for adults to control apps and functions. Both models cost the same amount and you can choose the type that offers more convenience for you. The wall mounts also come with additional accessories like the desk-wall attachment that places your tablet at an angle, instead of flush on a wall.
The wall bracket is designed with the same finish and style of a typical iPad and will blend seamlessly with your device. It is slim at less than an inch thick and comes in 2 colors; black and silver. The wall bracket and desk-wall attachment can position your iPad either vertically or horizontally on your wall. The position can be easily changed without much manipulation.
If you own a newer model of the iPad like the iPad 2, you can get a compatibility kit for your iPad wall mount. This kit contains a thin pad that provides a more stable fixed grip on the bracket for slimmer iPad models. The wall bracket also allows you to hide the charging wire behind the unit maintaining a streamlined and uncluttered look on the wall.

The micro ATX is a motherboard which is a form factor motherboard. There are different sizes of this and it can range from 6.75 inches x 6.75 inches to 9.6 inches x 9.6 inches. Intel, AMD and VIA CPUs are currently supported by this form factor motherboard.
Due to the mounting points, the compatibility with the ATX is possible. There are many of the different subsets that are used on the ATX. The chipsets and the power connectors are also similar. The same I/O panels mean that this form factor can be used with the cases of ATX.

All of these similarities would allow the boards to have the same kind of features. But some of the ATX cases are bigger. The bigger cases would translate to more expansion slots. In order to cope with this limitation, the boards of micro atx have the peripherals too such as the graphics cards that are built in. Many of the ATX boards have also started to add some peripherals to them.
The micro atx case has the support for six of the SATA devices and for four of the legacy IDE drives. The capabilities of the board can be supplemented with the help of setting it on the ATX case. When talking about the size comparison, then the standard size of ATX is 305 x 244 mm. The mini ATX has the size of 284 x 208 mm and the size of extended ATX is 305 x 330 mm. The size of workstation ATX is 356 x 425 mm.
